Creative & Transformative Leadership
Format: Residential Workshops | Cause: Equality, Diversity & Inclusion | Year: 2005 - Present
What arose partially out of the ‘Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI)’ granted to Sakshi in 2005-2006 evolved into a Creative Leadership Program. These capacity building and training sessions across South Asia have created thought leaders in the region; each of whom is equipped to create a safe and comfortable workspace for every individual. Through creative skill development and experiential learning, the project fosters life skills to effect collective action and enable leaders to drive sustainable change.
