The next day Bela walks Anshul to school. They share a laugh about how Bela was startled by the cat zipping across the road, when Anshul spies Saru trailing behind them.  Anshul waits for Saru to catch up and introduces her to Bela. Bela gives Saru a spontaneous hug. Anshul is embarrassed. Saru kind of likes it and smiles shyly as she waves goodbye to Bela. 

Saru keeps smiling to herself the whole day. She then spontaneously seeks out Anshul and offers her the exclusive membership to the science group. Anshul is thrilled. She accepts, and they get into an animated discussion about all the exciting projects they will make. Kadambari watches them from a distance. Then suddenly makes up her mind and comes across to Anshul and asks her if she would like to be a part of the cheerleaders. ‘Sorry Kadambari, Anshul is part of the science club and the timing clashes with the training for….’ But Anshul cuts her short. ‘Yes. Yes I would like to be a part of the cheerleaders.’ And arm in arm with Kadambari, Anshul walks off. Leaving Saru glaring after her with tears of rage and humiliation. 

Anshul, without hesitation, dumps Saru and becomes a part of Kadambari’s group. Kadambari takes over. For a complete makeover. It starts with just waxing, moves to tattoos and piercings. Raves and parties, followed by laxatives, gagging, diuretics. And most importantly, losing weight.
